Return of the WezzéMy visual trilogy of The Sound of Wezzé expresses my musical past, present and future by showing the tools of the trade that I used, am using and will use inside a speaker cone and layed over backgrounds made from things that represent music that are relevant to the tool displayed.
The speaker is part of my home stereo which I decided to lay on a scanner bed and make it the frame of all my images. Two images in the whole set were not taken by me, the photo of the trumpet was a stock photo i used, and the photo of my laptop keyboard which features in The Sound of My Future was taken by Caitlin, but apart from that all the images are mine and mine alone.
I like these images, and hope you do, but mostly hope Jamie does...cos he marks my assignment.
Oh yeah, it's great to be back...and I am a Jedi Knight now...
